Breakfast - Fibre One cereal with milk, slice of ham
Lunch - homemade soup at the bar (who knew they had homemade soup, and it was so good)
Snack - small handful of nuts
Supper - pork and beans, salad
Snack - 2 cookies

Hmm that's interessting but frankly i have a hard time understanding it... wonder how others think about this..
I don't have a clue what you're talking about. All I wrote about was what I ate today.
