I've felt much more in control today. The last few days haven't been too bad but there were definitely some food choices I should have avoided.

Breakfast - cereal, orange
Lunch - salad, banana
Supper - eggs on toast, 1/2 grapefruit
Will probably still have some popcorn (popped in a pot with a bit of oil on the stove, no butter, just salt, that's the best way to have it)
