Thursday

I have been forgetting to track my exercise lately. We have been going for more walks because of the nice weather. Still a lot of snow but it's warming up. And some days I still do the exercise video.

Breakfast - cereal with milk
Lunch - salad, a bit of cooked chicken
Snack - banana
Supper - homemade soup, biscuits
Exercise - 1/2 hour walk outside
