Day 117 and 118

Thursday
Breakfast - vector with milk
Snack - banana
Lunch - salad with dressing, banana
Snack - some cashews, a few dried apricots
Supper - soup
Exercise - WATP 30 minutes

Friday
Breakfast - vector
Snack - handful of nuts, banana
Lunch - sliced cucumber and sugar snap peas with guacamole
Supper - BLT wrap, a few dried apricots
