Day 28

Breakfast
Vector cereal with milk


Lunch
garden salad with 1/2 an egg, a bit of cubed ham and shredded cheese

Snack

rice krispy square (it really should have been yogurt or fruit)

Supper
a bit of taco salad (at a volleyball tournament, ate the kids leftovers - I didn't want to eat a whole one myself)
1/2 turkey sandwich
veggies and a bit of dip
banana

Exercise
35 minutes on the treadmill this morning

Not totally on plan but not bad.

What you ate today doesn't look like a whole lot of calories. I learned from "Biggest Loser" that you need to take enough calories in so that you have enough energy to work on calories out. Does that make sense?
