Day 29

Breakfast
egg with a bit of cheese, sliced tomato

Lunch
turkey soup
2 small pieces of garlic bread fingers (Michelle baked this morning)

Supper
left over turkey soup
a few spoonfuls of mashed potato
banana

Exercise
went for 2 - 20 minute walks with Paul

I'm feeling good about how it's been going the last few days. It helps a lot to track what I'm eating everyday. It helps just having this accountability. Thanks!
