Day 41



Breakfast
vector with milk

Exercise
40 minutes on treadmill with weights

Snack (I felt a little shaky so had a snack)
a few pcs nut and dried fruit mix
banana

Lunch
usual salad

Supper
chicken and veg chow mein (home made)
bit of cookie dough while making cookies with Ben
a bit of snacking with the kids in the evening
