Day 31

Pretty good day. I actually felt hungry for every meal today. I really felt like snacking in between meals but I said no and carried on with my day.

Lunch
salad with turkey slices and shredded cheese
banana

Snack
yogurt

Supper
steamed veggies
a bit of leftover turkey casserole
2hotdogs, no bun

Oops, I forgot,
Exercise
walked 30 minutes

You're doing it Andrea! I hate when Greg goes away. I can never sleep! Your eating sounds like it's in control and healthy. Yipee!
